I am writing to give details of =

Our central complaint is that the venue refuse to =
open 30 minutes into the time that we had booked for originally. =
Our service ought to start at 10.00am with several of our congregation =
standing at the gate and in front of the hall and many others waited =
online for the streaming that never started.

no information provided that the venue was not going to be opened or =
that it will be opened late. We had to make several phone calls to =
the few contacts we have in the trust to provide information and the =
worst we could get is that all the staffers are on holiday and that they =
cannot guarantee that anyone will be there until half an hour =
later.

When we took the property at the very beginning, we were told =
that arrangements will be made to provide us with keys and security code =
given to us to open the property since we are frequent users of the =
venue. These and many other promises like the car park never came =
through. We have only been getting increase upon increase of =
rental charges with no added value to the service we are =
getting.

I feel we are due for a full refund for the use of the venue =
last Sunday as our service was ruined and our service shortened last =
Sunday with many people turned back and refuse to join the service =
online because they could not see us. I also want to get a reassurance =
that you will make good on your promises to give us access to the =
property without restrictions. This is the practice in other =
places like the Uxbridge Friend=E2=80=99s meeting house where we use =
every week for more than three years and we have had the keys with no =
issues.
